All transactions are processed in the currency displayed at checkout — EUR (€) for France and GBP (£) for the United Kingdom.

    Most orders arrive within 4–9 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy?

A: You may return or exchange any eligible item within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags and accessories included.

Q: How do I return an item?

A: Email us at help@dusatlans.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, we will send you a free pre-paid return label and instructions.

Q: How are returns handled?

A: All returns and exchanges are processed by mail only.
Please drop your parcel off with the courier service indicated on your return label and keep your proof of postage.

Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?

A: No. All approved returns and exchanges are completely free, and a pre-paid return label will be provided.

Q: Can I exchange a product?

A: Yes. Exchanges are accepted within 30 days for a different size, colour, or product of equal value.
Your replacement will ship free of charge once we receive your return.

Q: How long do refunds take?

A: Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method in EUR (€) or GBP (£) depending on your checkout currency.

Q: Are there items that cannot be returned?

A:

  • Items removed from sealed packaging for hygiene reasons

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product page

Unless faulty, these items cannot be returned.
