⚠️ Returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Return Conditions

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • unused

  • unworn

  • unwashed

  • undamaged

  • in their original packaging

  • with all accessories and tags included

These conditions ensure items remain eligible for inspection and resale.

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • personalized or custom-made items

  • items removed from sealed packaging for hygiene reasons

  • products marked “non-returnable” on the product page

How to Start a Return

Email us at help@dusatlans.com with:

  • your order number

  • name on the order

  • reason for return or exchange

  • photos if the item is damaged or defective

Once approved, we will send:

  • a Return Authorization number

  • packing instructions

  • a free pre-paid return shipping label

Pack the item securely and ship it using the provided label.

⚠️ Important:
Our business address is not a walk-in drop-off point. All returns must be pre-authorized.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • No return shipping costs are deducted

  • No restocking fees apply

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.

If you do not see your refund within 5 working days after receiving confirmation, please check with your bank or payment provider. If needed, contact us at help@dusatlans.com

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within 30 days if the item meets return conditions.

You may exchange for:

  • a different size

  • a different colour

  • or a different item of equal value

Once your returned item is inspected, your replacement will be shipped free of charge.

Incorrect item received

Item not received

If tracking shows the package is lost or not moving, contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and offer a replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

Once an order is shipped, cancellation is no longer possible—but you may return it once delivered.
