Processing & Delivery Time

Order Cut-off Time: 7:00 PM GMT+1 (France)

Fulfilment Days: Orders are processed and dispatched Monday–Friday only.

Handling Time:

  • Minimum: 1 business day

  • Maximum: 2 business days

Transit Time:

  • Minimum: 3 business days

  • Maximum: 7 business days

Total Delivery Time:
Most orders arrive within 4–9 working days from order confirmation.

Weekend & Holiday Orders:
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Peak Periods:
During high-demand periods (holidays, sales events, promotions), delivery times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link so you can follow your package in real time.

Address Modification

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us at help@dusatlans.com as soon as possible before your order ships.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Delivery Restrictions

We currently deliver only to:

  • United Kingdom

We do not ship to PO Boxes, BFPO, APO/FPO, or freight-forwarding addresses.
